BeamMP Community Rules

BeamMP Staff are not bound to moderate strictly by these rules and may operate at their own discretion. In addition to these rules, Discord's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service apply, and are enforced.

BeamMP General Rules (Applies to Discord, Forum and In-Game)

1. No Discrimination (e.g. sexism, racism, etc…)
2. No Bullying or Harassment
3. No NSFW, Offensive or Malicious Content
4. No Spamming Text/Voice Channels or Posts
5. Speak English
6. No Inappropriate Profiles
7. No Doxxing
8. No Politics
9. No advertising Non-BeamMP/BeamNG Content
10. No Impersonating Staff
11. No Exploitation
12. Authkey sharing and using alt-accounts to increase the key count beyond the given free amount is strictly prohibited.
13. Follow all given TOS
14. Respect Everyone
15. Keep to the topic of the category or channel.
16. No excessive CAPS LOCK or Reactions/Emojis
17. Check the BeamMP FAQ & BeamMP Community FAQ before posting in support areas.

Discord Rules

2. Follow Discord ToS & Guidelines
3. No NSFW Audio/Streams
4. The rule above includes gambling Services/Websites.
5. No Excessive Audio
6. No Join/Leave Spamming
7. No Badgering Others (@'ing)
8. Keep bot commands in command specific channels.
9. No Role-Playing
10. Do not ask users to DM you for help. Keep all support-related topics in the designated support area on the BeamMP Discord Server.
11. Do not offer to remote into another user's computer and refrain from sending ambiguous/potentially malicious and/or damaging files/extensions.
12. Do not explain and/or send links on how to pirate, acquire illegal copies of software, hacking accounts (beaming), or paid mods.
13. Do not advertise non-BeamNG/BeamMP content. Sending Media of your own channel is only allowed in the dedicated media channel.
14. Follow the instructions of Staff members. If you think a staff member is abusing their power, direct message their lead or project management.

How to appeal actions against you:

Ban appeals may be submitted at Ban Appeal - BeamMP.

All ban appeals are investigated thoroughly, involving at least two (2) members of the staff/moderation team that were not involved in the case-at-hand. The issuing staff member will be allowed to comment, but will not be otherwise involved in the appeal decision. These appeal outcomes are final. BeamMP reserves the right to allow or not allow members as they deem appropriate according to the BeamMP Community Rules (as above), Discord ToS, and other factors.

In the event of action taken against you, you are prohibited from creating a new Discord or BeamMP account to circumvent the ban.
